RAAK

RAAK was founded by Gerrie Smits & Wessel van Rensburg with Adriaan Pelzer completing the team in 2010.

Gerrie & Wessel have known each other for years, both of them plying their trade at different ends of the media spectrum. Gerrie was making messages for TV, Wessel was building messaging tools using the internet medium.

They talked a lot about the convergence of media caused by the digital revolution.
They talked a lot about doing something together. But the moment just never was quite right.
